Bayou Welding Technologies opened its doors nearly a decade ago to provide solutions in an increasingly complex welding world.
Our cladding department utilizes hot wire pulse GTAW “tig” welding systems. These state of the art units are computer controlled and operated by our experienced, trained, and competent welding staff. We are proud to say that almost all of our welders have been with us since the beginning of Bayou Welding Technologies.
Our orbital welding systems employ the latest technology available for hot wire pulse GTAW welding, GMAW, and fluxcore welding. Used to make critical welds, these units can provide extremely consistent heat inputs and results with good production rates.
We are certified by American Society of Engineers (“U” stamp) and the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors (“R” stamp) to clad and weld pressure vessel components. Our post weld heat treatment equipment is compliant to 6A and 16A standards.
Bayou Welding Technologies has a Certificate of Conformance for ISO 9001:2015. Our quality department and AWS Certified Welding Inspectors make certain your product arrives to you per specifications and applicable codes.
